Young Nuremberg-based IT company is now working with Europe’s largest office equipment supplier.
Nuremberg, July 14, 2020. my Workplace GmbH is a competent partner for Viking, Europe’s largest supplier of office supplies, and expands the portfolio of its new Business Services segment to include the rentable, modularly configurable Workplace-as-a-Service (WaaS): In addition to everyday office supplies, Viking customers can now also purchase their IT workstation, consisting of hardware and software as well as hosting and support, from my Workplace GmbH. Users throughout Europe can easily adapt the complete packages to their individual needs and receive a modern IT workstation that is ready for use within 48 hours.

The big player for office equipment now relies on the personalized IT workplace solutions of my Workplace GmbH. These allow customers to be relieved of standard tasks such as IT administration and to be supported quickly and securely during their IT changeover. In the new freedom that this gives, the IT experts on the customer side can take care of strategic tasks in the company.
Outsourcing IT services and renting fully equipped IT workstations is becoming increasingly popular, primarily due to the resulting constant availability of resources and high operational stability. With just a few clicks, customers select the components such as PC, monitor, mouse and the required software etc., and the Workplace is then implemented and put into operation within 48 hours. In addition, my Workplace takes care of the integration of the employee’s e-mail addresses and the setup of the VPN connection, which allows all services of the professional network to be used from home or on the road.
